2017 Sponsors

Some of the best people and organisations make Farming for the Future happen each year.

One of our goals is that anybody can attend F4F. Our generous sponsors make sure the registration fees stay incredibly low. A big thank you to all of our sponsors - and a special hat tip to Watson & Son, our 2017 Gold Sponsor!

Watson & Son, is a 100% New Zealand and Māori owned company that specialises in the production of premium Manuka honey. With over 50,000 hives, Watson & Son is the largest Manuka honey producer in New Zealand. Our hives are placed in some of the most remote and pristine regions of New Zealand, across some of the most rugged and dense forest landscapes, some only accessible by helicopter. Having access to these locations provides mono-floral Manuka of the highest strength and finest quality.

We started as a family business and grew into a successful exporter and well recognised brand. Watson & Son is based in the small rural town of Masterton in the Wairarapa.

Steens Honey is New Zealand's leading producer of high grade UMF Manuka honey. The company was started by Paul & Sheryl Steens because they wanted to bring a better-quality Manuka to market; one that is raw, unpasteurised and minimally processed - just as Nature intended. Our ethos is one of a sustainable partnership with Nature - as without her we don’t have a business. Steens combines its 34 years of beekeeping know-how and cutting edge technology into all aspects of its hive, honey management and extraction techniques. This delivers more honey and sustainable, stronger overall return for all its partners – both landowners and the environment alike.
